PRIVACY POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Dr. Lawrence W. Long Resource Center (LW Long Community Resource Center) is a 501(c)(3) organization registered in Columbia, South Carolina, with EIN number 57-1015403 and has its registered office at 213 West Main Street, Union, South Carolina 29379; is currently registering as a SC charity with registration ID C4925. Dr. Lawrence W. Long Resource Center collects and processes donations received from individual donors, organizations, and corporate grants.

2. DONATIONS

2.1 Dr. Lawrence W. Long Resource Center receives Donations made through the Website and offline. Donations are made to LW Long Community Resource Center. 

(a) LW Long Community Resource Center retains full control over the Donations, and the Donations will be allocated to LW Long Community Resource Center, general fund (without limitation);

(b) LW Long Community Resource Center reserves the right to refuse to accept any Donation;

(c) LW Long Community Resource Center and/or its projects may be included on associated websites including any partner or client websites.

3. LW Long Community Resource Center OBLIGATIONS

3.1 LW Long Community Resource Center will operate the Website and provide the Services so that Donors can make online Donations on the Website.

3.2 LW Long Community Resource Center works to ensure the privacy of its Donors. For this reason, the physical addresses of donors are not available. LW Long Community Resource Center will, however, display the names and email addresses of Donors who have not elected to remain anonymous. LW Long Community Resource Center will not provide the names and email addresses of Donors who have opted for anonymity. LW Long Community Resource Center and its members acknowledge and commit to securing donor privacy and agree that no Donor information will be redistributed to a third party and no Donor information will automatically be added to the Nonprofit’s mailing lists of any kind.
